Could not place an order to go via phone because nobody would answer the phone even after multiple attempts. So I drive down there to order in store and it would be 40 minutes for walk ins. Can't order ahead of nobody answers. O_o

Usually a good experience. Chris goes above and beyond in this store. Today we went in and all lights were turned off, open sign was off and I waited 5 mins to be greeted by, do you need to order? Cuz it will be like 45-60mins" amd she messed with her nose ring. I immediately turned around and walked out. I get being busy but even when I tried to call ahead they pick up and hang up. It was dirty and dark and so unpleasant guess I will have to drive to Roseville to get any service. Chris they need you at this location! You were always pleasant.

Salt Is Good

I read a review that says they never answer the phone after a certain time, and I’ve just experienced it. The workers need to be fired and trained properly. Seems the ratings for this location are getting worse. It gets one star simply due to the employees refusing to answer the phone and I even called an hour and a half before the location closes. Very upsetting.

They never answer the phones after 10 pm I've called 3 times 3 different days and they just hang up🤣wtf
