US Cabinet could be such a great company. I really gave this company the benefit of the doubt.. Unfortunately, This particular company has shown me unprofessionliam.. I was "hoping" they would do better each day I worked there. They need to have better management. I was told my 2nd week, by the manager, 'this job may not be for you.' Interesting. Not only did it started to spiral down, the environment was extremely toxic. The manager was extremely rude towards me..(disrespectful), after "earning" the position as an administrative assistant. I was mistreated poorly in this working environment. I remember working with this particular manager, asking them a question, and they was very short tempered, and there's other occasions as well... Imagine, just earning your position, and being told by the manager, basically, you don't belong here. Lol, plus they treated everyone else in that environment fairly.. Human Resources could do better as well.. They made a "decision" to let me go. But everyone else in that working environment was able to still keep their jobs. Interesting. I can say, out of all the companies I've helped served, this is by far the worst on the list.

I went up to this location to talk to someone about the screw up WholesaleCabinets.us out of Naples, Fl made and meet Kyle. He was very knowledgeable of the products, designs, and very concerning about my issues and did all he could to help me with getting my kitchen straight. I took up almost 2 hrs of his time 1st thing and the morning and even though he wasn't my designer originally he solved every problem I had all the way. If you need cabinets don't hesitate to go to these guys they are the best and there software is excellent!!

Great service from the woman today behind the counter and service in regards to the correct order and helping load the cabinets in the back of the van. The only thing I would change is that some of the behind the counter administrative personnel do not make eye contact (Not today) with the customers when initially talking to them. Eye contact displays friendly and coherent communication especially when dealing with customer service.
