The worst base housing i have ever dealt with. Maintenance is a joke, 110 degrees and can't fix our AC unit. Came out twice to "fix" the the A/C still sitting in a 80 degree house with young children. Unit continues to leak water all over our garage and inside closet space.

I personally feel that the house we had was pretty decent. It was clean when we moved in and it didn’t have too many problems that we had to call maintenance for. There is a bug problem, but it’s palmetto bugs/water bugs. I also personally feel the majority of the bug problems stem from them rather than German cockroaches. The electrical wires in the house do need serious rewiring, because our internet cable only worked in the living room. The master bedroom also needed tweaking to the electro as the current was barely keeping our appliances on. Also, the plumbing can be a problem at times, but it’s not recurring. My neighbor had their AC go out and I have seen that be a problem. Then the last thing would be the power outages that happen more often than they should. Now regarding the office. They are all nice and they don’t have an attitude (the majority of the time). Regarding maintenance is the reason I’m rating it a three star. They do NOT pay their workers enough for the work they make them do and it’s ridiculous. They have a staff shortage with maintenance and I can see why. Other than those things. I wouldn’t necessarily recommend but I wouldn’t not recommend either. I am neutral.

Applied in January. Paid the $50. Was told by CORRIE I would be able to move in April. April came and went. No one ever called me to follow up with me, I had to constantly chase them to get updates since I hadn’t moved in yet. Got ahold of someone a week ago and they told me my application had expired back in April. And no one wanted to take a couple mins to call me and let me know. I had sent countless emails to corrie and still no response. So I decided to show up in person, and express my frustrations and corrie had given me every excuse under the moon and said she didn’t follow up because she wasn’t supposed to be working there anymore but stayed anyway. (Clearly she hates her job) I asked for the manager and went into her office. I told her All the commotion they have caused my living situation. She didn’t care and just said “sorry military comes first”. What makes me so angry, is they knowingly took my money knowing they wouldn’t be able to move me in, and refuse to give me my money back. And they let my application Expire and not even tell me. Absolutely unacceptable and horrible customer service. 0 follow up. Basically just scamming civilians for their money and making empty promises.

We lived in the Belfour and Beatty Houses in 2015 and we loved living there. Everyone in the office were always professional. We are looking forward to moving back in June. I hope our experience is the same this time around

Just call or visit (mask required) the office and let them know. Advance warning, be prepared to pay a deposit, there is a monthly fee and weight limit. I hope that helps.
They do have 2 bedrooms.
Currently in a 3 bedroom/ 2 bath all utilities included for $1428.00
Yes
They do not. I believe however that you can get permission to put a fence up. You'll have to pay for it yourself of course and I'm pretty sure you have to take it down when you move out.
I think you may have up to 3 days to cancel your lease
I believe they are open to civilians if you pass a background and credit check. I'm not sure what the current rent is for a 3 bedroom home since I'm locked in by a year lease
