This place is great for short term and long term. I was tenant here for over 5 years. Perfect for the out of city stay. Quiet and peaceful. But close enough to everything for work or leisure. Be at the beach or downtown Houston in no time. Owner is great and the price is too!

Stayed here over a year with my family. The park is so quiet and peaceful. Big sites. 25 minutes to Pearland or Lake Jackson. On a dead end road that is great for walks with pets. Owner is quick to fix any issue. Laundry on site. Great rates.

Campground owner and manager is rude. They knit pick everything you do. Only allow you to have two kids in camper. The managers yard is full of junk but the gripe if you have anything other than your camper there and don’t even think of setting anything on the grass. Literally the worst owned and managed campground I have ever stayed at. And don’t think you will get your deposit back they make up rules as to why you won’t receive it when you leave such as you didn’t give her enough notice.
