AVOID this location for DOT physical!!! I regret not reading the reviews prior to my visit. If only I had I read the reviews regarding DOT physicals prior to my visit, I never would of visited this location. Beware.

My experience was phenomenal. The staff were nice, friendly, and professional. The office was clean and tidy. I had no wait time. I will definitely come back if I need to and recommend this place to family and friends.

If you’re going to get a DOT medical exam be careful they try to throw that sleep apnea on you whether you need it or not
