Great service provided by the leasing office. The property is clean, has a very nice community area to sit and work (with a pool table) and the pool looks great. The room I was shown was very clean and the people I ran into while I was there were friendly.

Brady is unnecessarily combative and cause lots of confusion. Information she gave over the phone was in complete opposition to what Ken told me and she tried to argue me down. She added more stress to my apartment search. Her personal issues overshadows business transactions. During the pre-sale process she "acts" nice altering a high-pitched voice and all. However, if she doesn't get the commission, her whole personality changes. She makes snarky remarks and turns completely difficult to deal with. Ken is more pleasant to interact with but seems to be negatively influenced by Brady's negative energy sitting in the leasing office. I dodged a bullet and glad I abandoned the offer. I found a more pleasant and professional apartment community.

I normally do not write reviews, the only reason I am writing one for The Flats is because Kenny and Brandy are literally the best. I’ve never lived in a complex where the property manager’s are as wonderful as Kenny and Brandy. I haven’t had to complain about anything to them yet but I know that if I do they will do their best to resolve the issue. They always make themselves available, if you knock on the office door they are always available to answer your questions with a smile! The maintenance man Cruz is also really great, works quickly and is very professional. Overall, I am very thankful to Brandy, Kenny and Cruz for all the help they have given me!
