Will never use this store again. They busted my stain glass piece. Then stated they have no accountability in assistance with the claims insurance. Hannah was incredibly rude. Have submitted a demand letter and will follow up with small claims court if they fail to address this issue.

Hannah is a snide disrespectful know-it-all who has zero customer service skill. I've used the store for the last 3 years. I will not be using it again. Not only did they break my stain glass piece. Hannah feels that her store who packaged it and mailed it has zero accountability in assistance with the insurance placed. "UPS and The UPS Store are two separate companies, We are not responsible"
