The people who answer phones are rude and know nothing other than to lie and tell you the lawyer is in court. No way is he in court monday through friday 9-5!! He never even tried to defend my son and he never returned my calls. It will be interesting to find out how many have been wronged by this agency and their fake concern. How can you deny someone their constitutional right to face their accuser??

Wish i could give them zero stars. Horrivle customer service, unprofessional, hung up on me and got and attitude and lied to me, dishonest, disloyal, trash. If you can avoid dealing with them, do so. All the other reviews with one star are honest reviews, i can promise you.

Rude secretary and cut me off... told me to answer the letter that was sent to my son... considering he’s in jail and has no address you would think she would have let me respond with that but I was hung up on with attitude. And I don’t appreciate it.

This office has done nothing to work on my boyfriends case they haven’t gone to see him to get information regarding case and can never tell me anything when I call they are very rude and unprofessional
