Every other time we have eaten here, we have had a fabulous experience. Today, however, was not at all like any other time. We were seated right away at booth 16, then we waited for at least 15 minutes before I alerted another server to the fact that no one had been to our table. Meanwhile two other couples had been seated and received their drinks and a salad. Our server then came to our table and took our drink order and appetizer order and asked if we knew what we wanted for our main meal. No apology for our wait or explanation. About 15 minutes later we got our garlic knots. By this time, the couple beside us had their main course and the couple behind them was waiting on their food. About 45 minutes after we sat down, I let the server know that we were going to have to take everything to go since it is my son's 16th birthday and we had people waiting for us to get home for his birthday party to begin. I added a calzone and another order of garlic knots to the tune of $76 and change and she only came to the table to let us know that the owners were out, they had run out of dough and alfredo and that no one wants to work. Then my son proceeds to tell me that the younger couple who had to wait a bit for their food had received either discounted or free food. I love eating at Milano's, I always choose it for my birthday meal, but it may be a while before we come back. Very disappointing.

I got Philly steak. It was ok. Everyone else in the group got calzones and lasagna. The Calzones we're reported as awesome and were huge (even the small) and lasagna was reported as good. The waitress was wonderful and kept our drinks full and made sure we were taken care of. Will return and try the Calzones some day for sure.

Recommended by our hotel and did not disappoint. Very friendly staff. We got two 10" pizzas. But were great! Loved the crust!! If we are back this way, will go again.

We were a party of nine and your Hostess / waitress took amazing care of us at a very busy time on a Sunday night! The food was very good! Prices are very reasonable, and servings are very ample! I will go back!
