This visit was very odd. The lady at the front desk told me, right up front before I told her that I had insurance, the dollar amount. She hadn’t even ran my insurance yet so I felt that was a bit odd. Then she kept saying the dollar amount if the insurance doesn’t cover it; I’m not too sure why they wouldn’t but it was annoying. I hope she was just having a bad day… the rest of the visit was amazing! Loved them! But it’s just the front desk lady.

The staff was really nice and pleasant but exam rooms don’t have doors and there is zero patient privacy. The guy that was sitting next to me in the lobby was in the exam room next to mine. I now know he has periodontitis, why he came to the dentist initially when the last time he was at the dentist literally their entire story.. what his allergies were and where he lives… not to mention the scheduler kept flashing patient information on his screen which included why other people including names and why they were coming in. Like I said very nice people but definitely don’t want other random patients and staff able to stare at me and hear my medical information while I’m in an exam chair.

The staff at Aspen dental are very professional and very understanding to your needs. They have very reasonable prices. Your wait time is reasonable. I really like going there because your treaded with respect. I would recommend anyone to them.

I hate going to the dentist. Today was my 1st visit to aspen for some "major" work. The staff was super friendly, laughing, and made it comfortable. One even got me out of my own head when I started to freak out some. The dentist I saw was great, friendly, and gave me all of the info I needed to proceed. From the front desk, to the back office, I was very satisfied.

They gave me antibiotics before i had the tooth pulled and after it was pulled I got more antibiotics and pain meds. I had complications with mine not healing properly after they pulled it and they worked with me on that to help me get me out of pain on that too
