I am writing this because my daughter Ashley Ricketts is wanting to work in early education grade. She has done daycare 10 years and worked her way thru Anderson University and is now working 3rd grade a New Prospect in Anderson is wanting to teach K thru 2 Nd grade. And awesome teacher I am a home care nurse and have worked in Townsville area and loved the people. So can y'all see. To try to help her. I know my next step is Department of Education. But she wants to work at a small school. And one that loves their personal. Thank you God Blesd

Specifically at townville elementry school there is a wonderful staff. Very involved with the students. Safety there is #1. They do drills for everything that could happen. Very good with anti-bullying rules. Great school.
