Parked on a dock at 730am. Get loaded around 930am. If you are doing cross border, get ready to wait longer. Its 1015am and I m still waiting for paperwork as I m a Canadian driver. Parking available before security check. You can park overnight. People are nice but too much waiting time.

Yes Just come to the Michelin security office at the plant
Yes Employee parking and Truck Drivers park around the back of the plant Overnight parking
