HORRIBLE, WOULD NEVER RECCOMEND THIS PLACE. I was in a car accident in February of 2018. About 6 months ago I called to get my medical records to settle with the insurance company. As of this day (3-16-19) I STILL HAVE NOT RECIEVED THEM! I have sent 4 release forms stating the insurance company has the right to my files, not to mention NUMEROUS calls. All you will receive is an automated voicemail, and no call back. They have also told me they’ve lost the release form TWICE! Not to mention all the people I’ve actually been able to talk to were VERY rude and acted as if I was incompetent. NEVER GO HERE!!!!

Great and friendly staff. Called back same day. Helped greatly with medication challenges. Ashley the FNP is wonderful and has my migraine under control that had not been under control in over 14 years.

Do yourself a favor and skip this office. Go ahead and go to Winston or even Charlotte. Was told I had transverse myelitis, we don't know what caused it, if it'll happen again or if you'll get better but you're stuck like this. I got a second opinion in Winston and she's still digging into finding out why and if it'll happen again.
