This is I believe my third or fourth Cadillac that I have purchased from Everett since 2012. Peter Parker sold me my first, Mrs Tamala Everett sold me a Cadillac CT6 that my son now drives. Sherman Powell who I’ve known for 17 years before he came to Everett sold me my Current 2021 XT5. From the time I met Mariah in service(2012) who is now in truck service, to this service appointment ASHLEY and TORI couldn’t have treated me any better. And YES my car was cleaner than when I arrived. A special kudos to TORI. Yvette in service is your sweetest employee in my opinion (every one on staff are Fantastic). The vehicle of your choice will be ready and waiting for you at an Everett Test-Drive appointment! You will be greeted by your Sales Consultant or Sales Manager and they will give you any operating instructions necessary to ensure you have a safe test drive.
If your vehicle is equipped with On-Star, push the blue button and inquire as to whether or not your vehicle is safe to operate. If you do not have On-Star call the dealership immediately to speak with one of our Service Advisors to ensure your vehicle is safe to drive. They will equip you with the best action plan.
This depends on the applicable warranty period, year make and model. Typically this includes repairs to any flaws and defects in factory-installed parts. Please call our Service Department for more details. We include a 10 year/ 10,000 mile warranty on all of our new vehicles.
We currently have over 11,000 part numbers. Our year models range from 1975-2018. We also are a part of General Motors same day repair program which helps us ensure that we maintain the most commonly needed parts.
