I'm here in support of my husband and the FL community that is suffering badly right now. This store couldn't spare two tools for my husband to borrow in the parking lot to attach a cargo carrier that took less than five minutes, so we can bring much needed supplies with us, as we are returning to our home in SWFL. Some have lost nearly everything and HF can't spare a couple tools. Shame on you Rome HF.

I was at Harbor Freight Currently in Rome GA grabbing supplies (tow carrier and gas cans , etc) to head back down to the devastated Lee and Collier county (SWFL Naples area ) where we live. I work in the fire service, so I will be assisting and providing help to friends, family and the community. I asked Harbor Freight manager if I could borrow a tool set to build the tow carrier (in store or in parking lot) and it was a flat out no. Due to liability....etc... I expressed the issue of how I didn't have a tool set and just needed 2 tools. They said no. Completely beside myself during these troubling and horrific times. Even more disappointed that our neighbor state of Georgia and the huge Harbor Freight company was not willing to assist whatsoever and they were not bothered by it at all. Spent hundreds of dollars in the store as well. Note to everyone: shop somewhere else. I will not be going back.
