Although the Technician from Sears was punctual worked hard and was pleasant, I am disappointed that after he finished performing maintenance on the dryer, I expected that he would have put back the dryer vent hose, onto the dryer and put two pieces that had come apart together again. I had to move the washer and dryer to get back at the pipe and piece it back together. I paid $50 for the dryer maintenance and thought that the dryer pipe would have been a part of the inspection. I paid over $400 for the washer repair and according to my bill, I wasn't charged for the dryer but for that price, I could've bought a new top load washer from a dealer around here! Anyway he did a good job on the washer and the dryer cleanup but I wish the technician would have put everything back together. I would use Sears again but they are quite expensive. Like Angi's list, you get what you pay for.

Only complaint is scheduling; initially was scheduled from 8:00 to 5:00 which means I have to take all day off work. The morning of I received and email which indicated they would be there at 12:45. At 11:15 they showed up at my door. The repairmen were professional and did a great job.
