Mike was very informative & helpful in assisting us in making one of the biggest decisions couples make besides buying a home. He lead us to the test pods to get a feel for the softness & firmness of each mattress. We then laid on one of the middle of the road ones. Not too soft or firm. Very nice, but I asked about the next level up in the same kind of firmness, but with a more cooling feature. We fell in love with it. He matched us up with some nice pillows too that we tried beforehand. He was very informative & pleasant to speak with. Not pushy or trying to guide us towards anything. Just informative. So, yes... we bought a P6 and if Mike reads this, yes you can change your beds name. 😁 Now that we've actually slept on it for a few nights, my hip pain has diminished. It's still there, but not as bad. I really NEEDED this bed.

My husband and I were in the Greenville store looking to purchase because we were in Greenville and knew that the sale went off on the 11 of July. The salesman was showing us all the mattresses when someone came into the store. He left us laying on one of them for several minutes while he decided to entertain another customer so we decided to come to Spartanburg store which is actually closer to home. The saleswoman was such a pleasure to work with and helped us purchase the mattress we was looking for. We never told her about the experience that we encountered in the Greenville store. We were just glad to spend our money with someone that was willing to help!
