I don't know if it was Google's fault, but Maps said that it was less busy when we got there. It took them 30 minutes to take our order. Not to mention that it was very obvious that the water was from the sink (tasted gross) and my cup wasn't cleaned properly and still had small black sticky substances.We cancelled our order since we were on a time limit.

Food was so good, server was wonderful but the owner treats the employees in a dehumanizing and disrespectful way. What a shame….. couldn’t help but notice

Thnk you for reaching out to Heiwa Here are the changes we have made to protect our employee and customer from getting covid 19 . 1.Disinfect Frequently disinfect surfaces repeatedly touched by employees or customers such as door knobs, equipment handles, check-out counters, POS and menus . Soy sauce and other bottle between each customers. Employees - Wear a mask or face covering. Follow CDC and FDA information onmens 2. Give single-use items like napkins and chopsticks directly to the customer instead of plastic chopsticks and clothes napkins . 3.takeout and grab-and-go methods. We have set up New ONLINE ordering system with new POS using a contactless business model that requires limited interaction between the restaurant, and the customer.
