Ordered a Jordan brand shoe from Jackson, tn. Shoe arrived today with only one shoe in the box. Called jackson and they answered the phone as if it was a residence. No help at all, didn't even attempt to help. Called corporate and they were no help either in trying to resolve the issue quickly which would have been to contact the store tgat sent it and overnight me the shoe because it was there error. Went to my local store and the manager was super nice trying to help me figure out where the shoe shipped from to try and get the other shoe. She called corporate as well. I finally saw on my box that it came from a store in Alabama showing the zip code only. I looked it up and found the store. Called several times and the line was busy, after 15 minutes they answer. They also answer as if it's a residence and says the manager wasn't there. I ask for manager on duty, he stepped out he said. I asked for his number and finally he gets to phone and said he's been on with corporate and is waiting on a label to ship. How was this problem not solved before this 1 shoe arrived today? Then he tells me he is not sure if they could overnight the shoe. How? You made an error, fix it immediately. The store manager of this location was on phone with the store manager of my local area and she sounded very rude. I could hear some of it. Instead of her being on the phone with my local store being rude, she should have been on with her employees finding out how and why this happened and fixed it right then. After that call, my local store manager tells me that she said they don't overnight anything and she could just take my number and they would send to my local store. Why didn't she call me, the customer, to fix this? Poor management in Jackson,TN and palisades, al. My local store manager was awesome, not rude, she actually tried to resolve the issue by finding another store's error. Hibbetts do better!
