It's a shame that everybody uses the excuse that their's no one to work, when 4 extra workers are standing around the register. 😬On top of that, one girl was too busy hanging hangers behind the register instead of checking the customer out and in the meantime the customer was looking around like what's really going on.🤨 I definitely won't be going back to this location again. 😔

Today I was in line for 40 minutes. Never waited that long in a line my whole life unless it was Black Friday.. They had one cashier who was very slow. She looked like she didn’t know what she was doing. No one ever called for backup or cared that we were waiting in line that long. Wasted my off day way. Worst experience with Burlington. Won’t be back for a long time!

I've usually had decent interactions at this store. However tonight at 10:12pm the employees had already locked the doors and refused to let my boyfriend in to return a jacket. It clearly says online, when you call and on a sign that they close at 10:30pm. He also saw the employees leave the store around 10:20pm. He was home by 10:28pm. Normally this would not be a big deal except for the fact that we needed that money for an emergency that came up.

I don't know what happened, but the customer service is completely different and its kinda refreshing. The Floor Personnel were extremely friendly and customer engaging. The cashiers were extra nice. If felt like a different store.
