Priced to high rat problem kids and I everything we owned ruined rat problems definitely not insulated before tat problems there id mold problems. Pics to prove it thousands dollars worth they owe me lost every thing to damage insurance better cover everything rats and weather damaged. Lots of pic and lists of items our whole life was there since husband deserted us and left us to be homeless unable to rent or buy and debt etc now kids and I endure this to all our belongings. Residents say they won’t do anything and still charge to high prices and do nothing to stop or prevent this that’s happened with rats and claim weather controlled nope. One star because lost everything can afford to replace any of it on top of irreplaceable items.

Like most storage places it's built on hills which prevents flooding. However this is California, in a drought. If you want something safe from fire, then you should to the desert on the edge of California and Arizona.
They have a truck but you can only borrow it one time and you have to have it back by 4:30 pm. You have to make an appointment. Call them for more information.
