Bought a vehicle  from here a few months ago (a 2014 Ram Promaster ). I thought I was getting a good deal  on a good car. and made a financial mistake that's hard to recover from. The Transmission went out after 3 months of owning the vehicle. The warranty company didn't want to pay out because it had commercial plates .I was out of luck. one of the staff members tried his best to help but after waiting and still paying a note on the vehicle I just decided to pay out of pocket. and drove the car for a bit. 2 months  later the motor goes out. Cams and Lifter issue. Again I called one of the crew members his Name David  He Tried to help out the best he could he's been a big help. I appreciate it. Alot of back and forth. The warranty company also doesn't want to pay out for the fix ( even though we paid for the warranty and still within the time and miles for coverage) and the dealership isn't equipped to handle the job . this is a big issue and a pricey one. 8 months of ownership driven only 11,000 miles and needed $8000+ in repairs. Now I have to pay a note on a car that I can't drive. owning this car has been beyond stressful. I just really need something done.
