I was recently in a car accident and need a rental car. I chose my local Enterprise in Glen Cove, and they were great to work with! James and Peter were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process. They were great to work with and very friendly and professional. They answered all my questions and explained the process. The vehicle I was given was very well maintained and clean inside and out. The guys there made the whole process easy, and I was very happy with my rental for a few weeks!

They were great! Patient, professional, efficient and friendly! As a plus, the vehicle was perfectly clean and well maintained! I arrived just before closing for pick up and drop off. Yet they didn't rush me at all. They were so great & actually went out of their way to make my whole experience seemless each time I was there. I owe them a round of drinks at the brewery for sure!

Bad experience. Very rude staff and they would lie on your face. I have been renting from Enterprise since many years and I have never had such a bad experience like I had at their Glen Cove's location. Enterprise should act fast and discipline their staff or just hire more courteous and professional staff. I will be writhing to my Car Insurance company as well about my experience here at this location so that they are aware of this. So many people have mentioned that they were treated badly by the employees that work here but still no action against a them. If lot of people are complaining about same issue than something definitely must be wrong. Cross posted this on other platforms too.
