Pretty cool rink, seems updated and redone as ceiling looked super nice. Just saw the older rink. It is cold though!

Not exactly they have a hockey learn to skate Ages 3-12 starting April 20th -may 18th. 6-6:30pm fee is $58/$70.

Not sure if exact question. But they do have a room with exercise equipment that is open when CAC is open. sells day and other passes. Hours when CAC open varies. Also rent ice skates during open skates.
