I left my Zero turn for service; they are not cheap. I expected good service; Chance claimed to be the service manager; he took my service order with a bad attitude, and the wait was always longer. Once the machine was in the shop, they did it fast (something I was pleased about); they forgot to sharpen my blades and pressure wash the machine correctly; according to other Google reviews is not the first time this happened. I left my gator for service when I picked up my Zero turn, and now I regret having used this dealership; between the communication with Chance Service Manager and Josh Heller Part Dept Manager ... anybody they put not he phone is a manager, LinkedIn does not confirm what they say. I asked to get in touch with the Store manager; he is always busy. Their corporate number doesn't have a direct number to direct my claim. So please avoid using this company.

Great experience first time there. Brought a mower in for repairs and service. Everyone helpful and nice. Got mower back sooner than promised and did everything I requested. Definitely go back again.

The customer service and hospitality at this winder location is excellent. Chance and didn't get the other gentlemen's name were awesome. Would definitely recommend than any other Ag-Pro around the areas. Keep up the great customer service!
