The Tile Shop is a beautiful showroom. There are lots of price-competitive options to choose from and many examples of how the tile can be used and how styles may be blended. However, what sets this store apart from their competitors, hands down, are their employees! Retail shops are all pretty much normal business but when a problem arises, its how employees resolve issues that can make or break a store for me, especially as a PRO where my time also means money lost. I had an abnormal scenario today and the Greenville store sprung into action for me. They were quick, called me immediately from my email, and found me solutions. The Tile Shop today did NOT waste any of my time. I was able to overcome my tile issue efficiently. Plus, they're just knowledgeable about their product so they can best guide you to the right pieces. They take the time to learn your name and what you do to accommodate you in the very best way. HUGE shout-out to Piper who is amazing, witty, and really helped when I sent the 'cry'. And to Lauren has helped me with enthusiasm in picking pieces in an earlier visit. I feel more confident knowing I have a 'go-to' group at my fingertips when on a tile project!
