This has to be the worst ran operations of a business, I don’t know who is in charge but they should be fired!! I bet there are over 50 trucks in this terminal and I have seen a lift truck move in over an hour. I had to wait almost 2 hours just to get in. What a complete joke!!

What the heck. 1 truck in the entrance kosk for over 20 minutes. Preventing 30 or 40 trucks in line from getting in. Come on there are some operations that don't preclearance there containers. DO SOMTHING CP
