I was able to make the appointment really easily. One day I had to change it and it was very simple to do that too. When I got there the service advisor started talking to me immediately. They took my car and said it would be about 90 minutes it was done in less than an hour. That was fantastic. Had a good cup of coffee too.

Horrible “service” once you bought the car & need repair/ service. Worst i’ve seen in 4 different countries. Yet they were soo friendly and helpful when buying haha - never again. Edit: Had I not been instructed to “just come in for service” for the SAME issues I mentioned on the phone, I would simply not drive 50mins there and back , in my damaged vehicle. Quite simple..
