I just called to get a Radio Code and a guy in service department Brandon Hung up the phone on me . I got the code from a different dealer anyways but I just wanted to say Thank you to him .

Very unusual for that to happen. I have purchased 3 cars from Burnsville VW and have them serviced only by Burnsville VW They are a great company and they have always been very nice.

Sorry to hear that, Benny. I've had the same experience as Kirk - polite, helpful employees and great service. Our family has also gotten 3 cars from Burnsville VW and I make the trek to Burnsville from Mpls any time I need service because I can trust I'll be well taken care of.
