By far my best experience with a gym! It looks a lot smaller from the outside, but they offer lots of machines that easily complete a full-body workout. Trainers and other members are both very knowledgeable, helpful, and friendly. The membership is affordable and definitely worth it! Not only do they go above and beyond in offering clean equipment, keto diet snacks, and a general sanitary environment; the family that runs this location is extremely kind and accepting. I always try to stop and chat in the office if my workout is within staffed hours. In fact, the only down side is how often I lose track of time talking to them! Everyone is welcome here, no judgement and no shame. I absolutely recommend this gym!

Hi Ethoid, I’m glad you’re thinking about fitness at such a young age. We can definitely help you get to a healthier place. Our prices vary based on several factors so we always like for folks to come into the gym to talk with us. We can then determine what plan is best for you so you have the best opportunity for success. We do have an age limit of 16 but if a parent or guardian comes to sign you up we can make it work. Yes, we do have various classes and Zumba is included. We have a few different instructors of Zumba as well and they each provide a different experience in the class. I invite you to try them all!
