Excellent service! Owner was professional, knowledgeable, and extremely efficient in his service. They even showed up early for the service. It was quite apparent he has years of experience. Our old insert was removed and and the cleaning thoroughly done. Would recommend them to anyone needing chimney cleaning or someone with safety concerns like we had.

I've used my fireplace about 7 times during the past 3 weeks and the two guys came out today to clean my chimney. I was pleased with the job. They were very nice and professional. The only negative thing I had was when I started my fire tonight, the flue was closed. I had smoke all in the house and all my alarms went off. After an hour with doors open and fans blowing, things are back to normal. The guys may want to double check the flue before they leave a job. I will use them again and I will be sure to check it myself the next time..I didn't this time because I've used the fireplace already and didn't expect it to be closed. But mistakes happen sometimes. I do recommend them. I'll have them check it again in a couple of years.
