I got my sectional couch cleaned today by Levi truck 3. He did a awesome job very professional. He knew what I needed once I told him everything. My couch looking brand new again.This my second year using them definitely recommend!.

Called them and received a 4 room quote for $109! They arrived, it quickly turned into almost $400. Service person was prompt and kind, but after 24 hours carpet in one room looked terrible. Called the number and they sent back the same technician. I could hear the supervisor berating and talking down to the technician, telling him there is no reason this stain should not come out, and this poor technician, who was getting more and more frustrate, kept saying that he is doing exactly as he is being told. He re-worked the room for about an hour or so. Finally we were told that we would have to reschedule , but that was not an option as we were catching a plane to leave the state permanently. I asked for a refund, as advertised, supervisor asked me to call him. I did and was first told a whole bunch of anecdotes about things that don't always always get clean, I told him I understood, but that the gaurantee was that I was to be happy or I would get my money back. Then I said I also didn't appreciate how horribly they treated their employee, he retorted that maybe he needed to be treated horribly. I again asked for a refund, and he told me I was a pig, living as I was , and that I should be ashamed of myself. I again asked for a refund, and he said are you stupid? Told me he never wanted me to call again, and hung up on me. Unbelievable. The only reason they got one star is it wouldn't let me do zero.

I'M NOT SURE HOW YOU WOULD LEAVE A REVIEW BECAUSE I TOO & TRYING TO LEAVE A REVIEW & CAN'T FIGURE OUT HOW TO DO SO. WELL ANYWAY I LITERALLY JUST MY FURNITURE CLEANED. THE GUY JUST LEFT MY HOUSE A OUT 25 OR 30 MINUTES AGO, & HE DID A VERY SHYSTY JOB. MY FURNITURE 0RETTY MUCH LOOKS LIKE IT LOOKED BEFORE HE SO CALLED CLEANED IT. WHEN THE TECHNICIAN GOT HERE HE KEPT CALLING ME BY ANOTHER LAST NAME, & NOT THE NAME I GAVE THEM. THEN HE LOOKED AT MY FURNITURE & TOLD ME THAT IT WAS GOING TO COST CLOSE TO 300.00 TO BE DEEP CLEANED & SCOTCH GUARDED, WHICH WAS NEVER MENTIONED TO ME ON THE PHONE WHEN I SETUP THE APPOINTMENT. THEY TOLD ME IT WOULD BE 89.99 PLUS TAX. I EVEN TOLD THEM THE CONDITION MY FURNITURE WAS IN WHEN I SET UP FOR THE CLEANING & THEY NEVER INDICATED TO ME THAT I COULD BE AN EXTRA CHARGE, IF IN THE EVENT IT WOULD NEED TO BE DEEP CLEANED & USING A SEALANT WAS NEVER MENTIONED TO ME ON THE PHONE PRIOR TO THEM ARRIVING. I TOLD THE GUY THAT I DIDN'T PREPARE TO SPEND THAT MUCH MONEY
