I didn't make a purchase on this particular visit, however they had all the information I needed regarding the individual Stihl chainsaws that I was looking into. A lot of shops aren't willing to give you the time of day, if they realize that you aren't making an immediate purchase, but this gentlemen had no problem finding the specific information I needed, without any negative facial expressions, or attitude. So, Thank You for that, and I will be returning!
