Northern Tool had a 2 day sale on a Milwaukee impact set for $239, I tried to place an order and the item is no longer available. Why should I try to order from Northern tool if I cannot get it?

I took my lawnmower to the shop on 2601 airport fwy Bedford, TX. Drop the mower off on 7/7/2022. I was told if pay the service fee up front and double. They will expedite. Paid $82 and here it is 8/31/2022 and my mower have not been looked at. I have called 4x and get the same. The service person not in. And will have a manager call back. No manner have called and that been 2weeks. So I go to the store. No Manger can give me a status. And guess what the service person was not there. Manger wi not give my mower back. So 2 months later still no answer. Manger Kelly promised me a called back. No call. THANK YOU NORTHERN TOOL FOR TAKING MY MONEY AND MOWER. ASK FOR DISTRICT MANGER AND WAS TOLD NO ONE KNOWS OR HAVE NUMBER. Northern this how you treat your customers?

The experience was a disaster. I am a business owner and placed an order before 3:00 for a critical item and paid extra for faster shipping. No delivery came and when we called to check, the item had just been shipped the day before we called. We were told we will get the delivery today 08/11 but nothing so far. Our production is close to a stand still waiting for this part. We were told the part was in stock when we ordered through live chat online. When we got a copy of the chat the date was conveniently changed. What a poor performance and reading other reviews other people are of the same opinion. Doing business like this will put you OUT of business.

Every time I come there on Sunday they have the door locked at 5pm do not go there after 3pm on Sunday
