Worse customer service ever!! Didn’t get what I ordered! I called and was told to drive it all the way back in for they’re mistake and I would have to pay the diffence!! Elkview Gino’s sucks

Gino's has been a dependable place to eat for a long long time. The pizzas are always good and we love the wings. Their only downfall is that sometimes it takes a little longer because they don't have enough help.

So I call in an order for the 2 for Tuesday, haven't had baked spaghetti in a minute. One of them was about half the portion of pasta. Neither was as full as your see on the pictures. Also, not our first baked spaghetti. Pasta used to touch the sides, the woman said it weighed out. Now I dont get to see these scales they weigh them on. Something tells me she knew what she was doing and got a free dinner. My sons worked at PH if there was a mess up order employees got to decide who gets pizza. Now not saying it's the reason, but only one worker, her guy out in the truck waiting on her and 2 messed up baked spaghetti
