Their ach holds are to long most ppl give your deposit same day or 2days … not Woodforest they hold my deposit for 5days and it 2022 definitely closing the account as soon as withdraw all my funds!!

Bank is pretty good but this particular location always saying they're not open doing business hours or can't take cash deposits everytime I go . Save yourselves time on the Main st location Spartanburg SC customer service is horrible been a Customer for several years this location has the worst service I've seen the workers act like it's the last place they want to be how sad.

I have had an account with Woodforest for 8 years, only thing I've hated was having to go inside Walmart. Husband's bonus check this time was on paper, get to the bank and my husband asks for a deposit slip. The lady, without looking at the check or pulling our account up or thinking about giving him a deposit slip, responds that she has gotten too many checks so she has to place a 7 day hold on it. I told her we will take it elsewhere and we left. We do not need the money immediately but the carelessness was shocking. It was close to close and she was just being lazy.

So far so good, just opened an account here. Was fairly easy to do. Friendly staff. Convenient since I go to Walmart regularly and if I need to do my banking it's right there.
