We've lived in these apartments since 2017. The staff is professional and always very reasonable. The maintenance crew works hard to keep the apartment grounds clean and nice. It's a great place to live. Highly recommend Herriman Towne Center Apartments!

when we moved to Utah we looked so much for a great apartments to live,this community is a wonderful place . it has the best amenities saunas massage room game room and its kids friendy and they will have so much fun with the indoor and outdoor playground. the pool is so cool they have kids pool which is so safe. definitely recommend.

Been living here for 6 months now. I like the amenities and the office staff are really sweet and kind. The maintenance staff is also great. Any requests are dealt with within 24 hours. My main concern is the nasty dog owners who do not clean up after their pets. The complex even has space set aside for their "business" complete with plastic bags, which are summarily ignored. I can't blame a dog for being a dog, but the disgusting owners should be held accountable. And who in their right mind has dogs in an apartment? Seems cruel to box in an animal that needs open space. It is unfortunate when I have to stop my kids from playing in what limited open space we have here due to inconsiderate, slovenly pet owners. Classy
