If you want a great Cuban sandwich in the wee hours of the morning, they got you. I was also amazed by their cake creations! I liked that the menu was readily available online, so I already knew what I wanted when I arrived.

The team on bird road is AMAZING!! I know they are learning a new system and they still take the time to greet every guest! I would love to get a big THANKS to Maria, Yurina and Leidi every time I go into to the store their SMILES and professional Attitudes are truly Appreciated.

I was there today! I wouldn't recommend ir only due to the employees that were attending the front thier minds were not in my order....I asked for simple things that were already done! Bread , croquettes and the empanaas and a sandwich ...sandwich was good but I asked for beef empanadas and got chicken which DONT LIKE! And let them know and showed them..the girl told me that it said beef it sad beef and wasn't going to b recognize she made the mistake and blamed the cook and wouldn't change them for beef and continued her conversation with the other girl at the register! Walls and tables and the display of beautifully done gourmet sweets were filthy and floors... as if I was visiting again in Cuba! A third world coutry but without the the food..but its reality ...there are lacking training and have a dont care attitude... also they were speaking of others in the resturaunt. I feel bad saying this but its true..and I also was an ower of a buisnesses and this will ruin you ... I had to ask them to clean the table and half done without the desire. .. i cant tellyou how many times I had to go back for these 2 girls and still never got my order correct it was such a mire of things only to blame the cook? They were attending me not the cook!!!

Typical Cuban bakery. Open all the time which is nice. However the employees seem to have a big problem with cleaning tables. This has been this way the last few years. They just expanded next door. 17 more table 1 other table occupied and only one table clean. Ridiculous. The employees never smile especially the younger ones.
