Found exactly what we needed at an amazing price! Ross never disappoints. 💓 Only thing for me was there was a bit of disorganization and that can be quickly overwhelming. Check out was quick even though there was a line, only two people working registers and one for returns, but I get it, times are still hard. Either way, it wasn't a bad experience overall for me.

It used to be a great place to find cheap quality stuff... now the lines to pay is always huge and the store usually only has 2 or 3 cashiers operating at any given time... expect at least 30-45 mins wait in line.

The store was crowded, long lines w picked over merchandise. Sort of expected, I suppose, this close to Christmas. The shoe selection for my size (6-61/2) was practically non-existent and that's the whole reason I went to store. And the purse selection was practically nil. But, my freind found a ton of stuff he wanted and was happy. So, I guess it depends upon what you're looking for and your patience level trying to obtain it. ALL the stores in the 75 million strip shopping centers that exist in this part of FL were packed. So, that wasn't a "Ross Dress for Less" issue. It's a "people waiting until the last minute to shop" issue. And that's good news for retailers and businesses.
