My experience with Victoria at the office in valdese was phenomenal, and everybody else that helped me with paperwork while I was there! Thank you to Victoria for helping me get the job I wanted and working with me when I started to feel bad through my process of paperwork! Great experience!

Honestly, thats how drug tests work...if u know ur gonna have to take a pee test then maybe a good idea to hydrate beforehand, so u will have the urge to pee, unless of course you have a medical condition in which you cannot pee, then thats something that should probably be stated as there are other ways to test for drugs.

Terrible bunch of hypocrite's. When you have a felony on your record and honest about it Catawba Valley Staffing or other companies will not help you at all. This is the same as judging. People do change and are not all bad due to past mistakes so wh

The law states that they can do this and it's the reason they run a background check. Jeeps them from potentially putting other workers in a hostile environment and eliminates the risks of losing an employee due to fighting, harassment, or other issues. If you had an issue with subjecting to your background, you should not have signed that paper....which also states they are allowed to do this. I do agree people change, but it's just part of their policy
