Customer service is extremely rude. The lady on the phone hung up when asked questions on why they towed a car that was authorized to be parked. They talk to you like you're below them. I asked for money back with proof that car was authorized to be parked. The lady on the phone laughed and said no. Either way they towed it so they are going to still charge. Even with prove it was a invalid tow. She proceeded to hang up a second time. How are companies like this in business? This is illegal

Was almost 300$ to get my car back,withheld my government ID and Very important prescribed medication. The woman on the phone was downright rude and very unhelpful she should maybe look into a job that brings her more joy.

Taking someone's property should be illegal and a scam. Especially if you have a parking pass. I call3e the Cops and said my car was stolen. No actually it was towed and and cost me job and 300$. THIS SHOULD BE ILLEGAL

$264.75 THE FIRST DAY. IF U DO IT TODAY. U will need vslid insurance card and new things all the time so call them first so u have everything u need for documentation and licensing @insurance . Good luck today. It was 335 10 years ago so itleast it is cheaper
You have so many days and they may claim the title/vehicle. Depending on circumstances they may also try collection. If in doubt, call them
