Just received my 2nd Waterfield product, a MacBook sleeve case. Equally thrilled as I was with the 1st, a similar design which outlasted the 2 laptops it carried and still looks beautiful as ever. I only ordered this new one after moving to a larger computer. It's every bit as good as its predecessor – a simple, practical design built by hand using industrial-strength canvas, leather and thread. In my mind, Waterfield remains a beacon of simple, timeless quality in an age when those things are increasingly difficult to find. Also, this small company's customer service and communication are as good as it gets. Highly recommended.

The folks at WaterField were great - quick delivery and a great product. Bought the Air Caddy in blue leather and I already love it. It's exactly what I've been looking for - something slim to house an ipad, wallet, phone, battery, headphones for when I travel for work. Fits perfectly in the seatback storage so I have everything with me and don't have to get up mid flight. Looks great and sits right between the serious lawyer-style 'folio' and casual laptop sleeves. The blue looks amazing and it's obviously well made too - this is going to get a lot of use!

The Slipping Strap Solution! I wish I had found this shoulder strap pad years ago! I love that it accommodates the double straps on my carry-on, and the craftsmanship is very well constructed. It will make moving about so much smoother and more comfortable on travel days. Bye-bye slipping straps! BTW, customer service at WaterField Designs is prompt and friendly, and my order arrived within a couple days of placement. Thank you for creating and offering a practical solution! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️5 stars⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

General Quarters

I had a bad customer service experience with this company. I added a macbook sleeve to my cart but wasn't able to check out till next day. When I went back to complete the purchase the next day, the price had increased by $11. I emailed customer service to ask if this was correct and if they would honor the price I had previously in my cart. They refused and said that the materials price had gone up so they have to charge more. Note: this is not consistent on their website/other products. They then tried teach me the life lesson of how "it's all about timing and when you check out".. basically Sorry we don't care, we'd rather lose a customer and sale then honor the original price. It's a shame as their sleeves are good quality although expensive. No loss for me as I will be moving on to other companies who have quality product but also value their customers' hard earned dollars.
