Unik Moto has become my go to shop for repairs, upgrades, service and installations for my midsize 278cc SYM Citicom 300i Scooter. The service is always brisk and professional, never any issues. Whether I am getting an oil change or installing heated grips they do it all and with reasonable pricing. I ride over an hour from south BK to their shop because its worth the track. Also the Manager, Christos Benson is a knowledgeable expert and scooter enthusiast and will gladly help you find the right scooter for your needs snd style, or he will help with resolving any concerns about repairs on your older scooters. His mechanics are also technical professionals who know scooters inside and out. So far I had a bunch of services on my scooter and heated handles installed and everything has worked out to my liking. They deserve a superb, glowing review for the following: A year ago, we bought a Segway eMoped C80 from Unik Moto for which their sales and help were above and beyond what other shops provide. The moped has been working perfectly. But the story doesn't end there. I kept it in front of our apartment with a cover and chain lock through the tire and around the body. Last Saturday it was stolen, probably carried away (the cover ripped and on the ground). After discovering it was gone on Monday morning, I filed a police report. Wednesday, I emailed the shop for a copy of the sales receipt without stating the reason, and Unik Moto promptly emailed it to me. Thursday afternoon, they notified me that they were contacted by a service shop about a Segway eMoped parked in front of their place. I was able to retrieve it and it is still fully functional. The owner and employees of Unik Moto are excellent and trustworthy people. I am so grateful for their assistance in its recovery. Also, since the eMoped wasn't stolen for parts (since I would have never seen it again if that was the case), it goes without saying that its security is outstanding. ie, no one else will be operating it without the key card.

I go there every year for my motorcycle annually NY inspection. People over there are kind and efficient.

Always great customer service. Pricing is fair. Remember guys this is a big store and rent and stuff is not cheap so you have to understand. And lots of options so you'll definitely find what you need.
