No OTC sold at the drive through, even though other HEB Pharmacies will. I drove up with my 2 grandkids in the car, asked about OTC Tylenol, and rudely to "Oh, No!". I went to the HEB Pharmacy at Bulverde and 1604 and was promptly and courteously sold the OTC items for my grandson.

HEB always has a wonderful way of putting me in a great mood whenever I walk in! The people always say hello to you and smile genuinely! They don't make you feel closterphobic when they ask if you need any help! They are just super friendly folks! I love that! Plus my husband and I love that HEB sources their products locally when they can! That helps local the economy and helps our farmers here in the USA and Texas! They have the best "store brand" food and products on the market! I really hardly buy the name brand item if there is an HEB store brand item because they are exactly the same, if not better! With great people and great food/products HEB is my go to store!

Dr sent in prescriptions at 11am. I came in to pick up at 2pm and I was told 20min longer to complete filling, after 30 I was told prescriptions were still not ready. Pharmacy employee was rude 😔 and made me feel like it was an inconvenience to fill my 9yr old's medications. Not a good experience, will not be coming back.
