My mom, a senior citizen, is a resident at the complex; Management is quick to respond to her requests. The grounds are well kept, offering a pet zone, gym, pool, laundry room- the apartment was delivered to her in excellent condition, the office staff have been very helpful and kind.

It fluctuates with Market rate. It can be 875 today and 920 tomorrow. That's what they told me when I signed. And that same thing will happen at your lease renewal. So in one year at end of lease your new rate can be drastically higher. Mine went up 200 dollars.
Call or go by the office. That's how we found out the status of ours.
You really need to call the management office for pricing and availability because the rates change often.
