I’m extremely disappointed with this store. My daughter ordered a special gift for me in November 26,2021. It was ti be shipped to the store as I live out of town (3hrs) it was shipped to my home address however they had the wrong zip code. It was returned by UPS Dec 15,2021. I was to get a full refund and still haven’t received it. Every time I call I get another excuse. This is very disheartening

Wished I could give less than 1 star 😡 Paid almost $500 for my jewelry set and went into store today in Hickory, NC because my ring is changing colors on the metal and the girl said it was rose gold plated...... So they sell fake jewelry for high prices for it to turn...... Lesson learned I will never shop this place again....I will go across the mall to Kay's because they stand behind what they sell...😡😡😡
