I love this place. The hours suit me perfectly. Furthermore, the security is always helping, and everybody is professional. At first, I was curious about the delay in the elevator until a couple (delinquent former customers) came in. The guard approached me and told me the couple were no longer customers by handling the problem in the most professional standard. After that experience, I then realized that the delay was a security assurance delinquent don’t abuse the service and put current customers at risk. Overall, I am glad I know this business is taking care of responsible current customers and looking for the safety of every body's property.

After 7 years with MMS and due to the new ownership I have decided to move out. Under the new management, the employees behind the counter lack training on how speak with clients, the way they treat us the past couple of visits has been deplorable from the lack of “welcome” to “thank you for coming” is non existent and when asking for help their only answer is “under new policy” without explanations. Also, their price hicks make no sense and it’s shown while you walk thru the aisles. As mentioned, I have been a client for more than 7 years and have decided show that there 26 silent Ex MMS clients just on my isle that either left because of price hikes, employee mistreatment and/or evicted without notice.
