The service was a little slow this time. They only had one cashier when I was there and so it took a while. Most of the time they are faster. Other than that I am always impressed with O'Reilly's employees they have always been super helpful and several of them have gone out of their way to help. The store is always clean and quiet and it's easy to find parts. It was a little busy when I was there so it would have been nice to have more cash registers. They also do free battery tests and engine checks.

Gladewater O'Reilly is a badass store great help smart workers

I am literally sitting at another O’Reilly writing this about the one in Gladewater. I went in to ask a simple question about an oil filter that I purchased there and neither the new guy or the rude woman that interjected herself into our conversation would take a moment to be pleasant. They were far too busy correcting me and actually interrupting my statements to even offer one ounce of CUSTOMER SERVICE. Rude hateful demeanor and when I went back in to tell them that I had other business and wasn’t going to use them, not even a hint of acknowledgement. Customer service is really lacking in this location. There is one older gentleman that is nice and usually helpful. The two there today, not! They are hurting this businesses location in Gladewater. I drove an additional 15 miles to go to another store, had more to buy and they couldn’t be pleasant and useful so no business for them....
