Positive: Location, breakfast was nice and coffee was hot! Negative: Linens were slightly dingy, bed was comfortable however.

Make sure you know if you are booking the Hampton at Lindale/Tyler or the Hampton at S Tyler! I mixed those up when booking, but both places have great staff that helped me out. Hotel was great, easy parking, clean, comfortable with great breakfast!

Lately, hotels we've stayed in have been gross! This place however was EXCELLENT! The room was actually clean! The breakfast area had so many options and the employee working the kitchen kept it very clean and was super attentive to her area. I will definitely stay here again!

Cleaning staff are POORLY trained. Mopping in front of elevator during busiest morning time. Staff talking and laughing loudly in hallway while I’m trying to do conference calls in my room. Had to ask them to please be quiet twice. Nice beds and good breakfast.
