First off, wish these guys the best but they should NOT be an authorized Husqvarna dealer. Got an email 6/24 from Husqvarna for a free 4G board upgrade, took it here around 6/29, just received back today - 9/24. My issues with this business 1. Not 1 time did anyone call me to give me a status update, as I was advised it would take 2-3 weeks for the upgrade....not ~13 weeks 2. Felt like I was getting the run around everytime I called and it was one excuse after another, "tech is sick today, on vacation, will look at it tonight, etc". Only about 75% of the time when I called did I actually get to speak with someone. Constantly made promises it would be done shortly, just to wait another 4-5 weeks. 3. Part of the upgrade was to clean the mower and replace the blades. This was never done, in fact looked the exact same as when I brought and 1 of the blades broken. Additionally, my battery was dead upon receiving. 4. Part of the upgrade was to upgrade was to upgrade the firmware, I called Husqvarna to confirm the firmware version on the mower should be higher. 5. Additionally, never was asked the PIN code for the mower which Husqvarna themselves requested. 6. Never received any paper work / proof that the work was actually performed. Thankfully, Husqvarna is an amazing conpany with great support and they are going to make things right. BEWARE - of this company - Planet Power Sports
